The tip of the nose falls off -
A short columella may cause the tip of
the nose to fall off
if the cartilage at the nasal tip is weak.
It involves the lengthening of
the nasal septum,
the reinforcement of columella,
and raising and correcting
the tip of the nose.

The overall ratio will be reconsidered
if the line of the bridge of the nose
or the tip of the nose is not straightened
after the first surgery.

There is either repositioning of
