If the nostrils are too large or the skin is thick, unnecessary nostril fat can be removed by making an incision along the boundary between the nostrils and the cheeks.
Since the incision is made along the boundary where the nostrils and cheeks meet, the scar is barely visible. If the tip of the nose is blunt, bulbous nose correction can be performed simultaneously to adjust the size of the nostrils and the thickness of the tip.
