Upper Blepharoplasty Overview

Making sagging, wrinkled and ageing eyelids  to elastic and young eyes.

This is an surgery to correct drooping eyelids by incising the skin of drooping upper eyelids and pulling eye opening muscles carefully considering the elasticity of the entire face, the shape of the eyebrows, and the skin aging type.

Check the overall status i.e. fat under the eyes, muscles, skin, etc. and formulate surgery plan for symptoms.

STEP 2

Incise the eyelash skin, get close to the fat layer and remove excess bulging fat.

STEP 3

Removal of fat and reposition smoothly to the hollow area  (remove stretched skin if stretched).

STEP 4

After reposition, suture along the line below the eye.

STEP 5

Improve to bright and young eyes.
