Upper Blepharoplasty Overview
Making sagging, wrinkled and ageing eyelids to elastic and young eyes.
This is an surgery to correct drooping eyelids by incising the skin of drooping upper eyelids and pulling eye opening muscles carefully considering the elasticity of the entire face, the shape of the eyebrows, and the skin aging type.
Ideal Candidates
01. Those who have upper eyelids are drooping and the double eyelids are not visible.

Lower Blepharoplasty Overview
Remove traces of time and brightens the eyes.
As you get older, the orbital fat sac that surrounds the fat under the eyes become weaker, making it bulging and making the eyes hollow. Surgery to remove bulging skin and unnecessary fat and to reposition them so that they can be lively.
Ideal Candidates
01. Those whose area under the eye is bulging out.
02. Those whose skin of the eyelids is thick and drooping.
03. Those who have a severe dark circle under the eyes.
04. Those who have wrinkles and shadows under eyes.
STEP 1
Check the overall status i.e. fat under the eyes, muscles, skin, etc. and formulate surgery plan for symptoms.
STEP 2
Incise the eyelash skin, get close to the fat layer and remove excess bulging fat.
STEP 3
Removal of fat and reposition smoothly to the hollow area (remove stretched skin if stretched).
STEP 4
After reposition, suture along the line below the eye.
STEP 5
Improve to bright and young eyes.
