The tape attached below the incision site after breast implant surgery will be removed at our clinic during your visit one week later. The clear tape inside the gauze will naturally fall off while showering.

The painless injection is administered automatically, so no separate operation is required, and it is removed after checking the progress.

Regarding underwear, it is recommended to wear shapewear and sleep on your back for one month after surgery. From then until three months, you can wear a sports bra and sleep on your side. Wired bras can be worn starting three months after surgery.

Scarring or pigmentation may occur depending on individual constitution. Please apply scar ointment to the incision site starting from the 10th day after surgery.

After surgery, regular breast ultrasound examinations once a year are recommended, and please undergo an MRI examination if necessary.

Please contact the hospital immediately if you experience a high fever of 38 degrees or higher after surgery, sudden swelling or severe pain in one side of the chest, persistent bleeding, severe redness or a sensation of heat, or sudden changes in shape.

Please keep the tape applied to the incision site below the chest in place for one week. It will be removed during your follow-up visit one week later.

The transparent tape inside the gauze tape will naturally fall off after a week while you shower.

Please keep the painkiller injection. It can be removed on the day of treatment. The injection is administered automatically without the need to press a separate button.

In patients with heavy bleeding, a drainage bag must be worn if necessary. It can be removed after a visit 2 days after surgery for confirmation by the attending physician.

You must take the prescribed capsular contracture preventive medication for 3 months (twice a day). Please start taking it on the 8th day after surgery.

You may take a light shower starting from the 2nd day after surgery. However, please apply waterproof tape over the incision site. (Tegaderm – prescription included) You may shower without waterproof tape starting from the 7th day after surgery.

For one month after surgery, please refrain from activities that put strain on the surgical site, such as raising your arms or lifting heavy objects. (Golf, weightlifting)
Exercise: Please refrain from strenuous exercise that causes excessive sweating for 3 months after surgery (sauna, hot compress, sexual activity, breast massage, etc.). However, light walks and shopping help improve blood circulation and aid in reducing swelling.
No Smoking & No Drinking: Please refrain from drinking and smoking for one month after surgery due to the possibility of inflammation.

Please apply scar ointment to the incision site starting 10 days after surgery. Depending on individual constitution, scarring and hyperpigmentation may occur.
