Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions pertain to matters concerning the terms and conditions and procedures for using the services provided by A-Top Plastic Surgery Clinic (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and
The purpose is to comply with and stipulate other necessary matters as prescribed by the Telecommunications Business Act and its Enforcement Decree.

Article 1 (Purpose, etc.)

① The Terms of Use for A-Top Plastic Surgery Clinic (https://atopps.com) (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Member and A-Top Plastic Surgery Clinic regarding the User’s use of the Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided by A-Top Plastic Surgery Clinic.
② Those wishing to become a member by clicking the "Register" button after completing the prescribed procedures set by Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Any rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members and Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic other than those stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant laws and customs of the Republic of Korea.

Article 2 (Definition of Member)

“Member” refers to a person who accesses Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic, registers as an online member of Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and receives services provided by Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic.

Article 3 (Membership Registration)

① Those who wish to become members must apply for membership by filling out membership information according to the registration form provided by Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic and clicking the “Register” button.
② Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic registers applicants for membership as per Paragraph 1 as members, unless they fall under any of the following items.

1. If the applicant has previously lost membership pursuant to Article 6, Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions. However, this does not apply to applicants who have lost membership pursuant to Article 6, Section 3 and have obtained approval for re-enrollment from Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic after three years have passed.
2. If there are false information, omissions, or errors in the registration information.
3. If it is determined that registering as a general member significantly hinders the technology of Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic.

③ The membership agreement is established when Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic’s approval reaches the applicant.
④ If there is a change in the member information provided in Paragraph 1, the member must immediately correct and enter the change.

Article 4 (Provision and change of services)

① Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic provides the following services to its members.

1. Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic News Mail Service
2. Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic Online Consultation Room/Reservation Service
3. Section and content services for Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic's online members.
4. Various services provided by Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic in partnership with other companies.

② Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic may change and provide the services stipulated in Paragraph 1 by notifying members of the changed service content and provision date in the manner stipulated in Article 7, Paragraph 2.

Article 5 (Service interruption)

① In the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, or malfunction of computer or other information and communication equipment, or disruption of communication, Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic may temporarily suspend the provision of services, and may completely suspend the currently provided services for reasons such as replacement with a new service or other reasons deemed appropriate by Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic.
② In the event of a service interruption pursuant to Paragraph 1, Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic shall notify members in the manner prescribed in Article 7, Paragraph 2. However, this shall not apply in cases where prior notice is impossible due to service interruption caused by reasons beyond Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic's control (such as intentional or unintentional disk failure or system downtime by the system administrator).

Article 6 (Withdrawal of membership, loss of qualification, etc.)

① Members may request Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic to cancel their membership registration (membership withdrawal) at any time, and Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic will immediately begin the process of canceling the member’s membership upon receiving the request.
② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic may restrict, suspend, or terminate the member’s membership through appropriate means.

1. If false information is registered when applying for membership
2. In case of threatening the electronic transaction order by interfering with another person's use of the Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic website or stealing information.
3. If you use Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic to commit an act prohibited by law or these Terms and Conditions or that is against public order and morals.

③ If Atop Plastic Surgery decides to terminate a member's membership, the member's registration will be canceled. In this case, the member will be notified of the cancellation and given an opportunity to explain the situation.

Article 7 (Notification to members)

① In case of notification to a specific member of Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic, it may be done through the email address registered with Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic.
② In case of notification to an unspecified number of members of Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic, individual notification may be replaced by posting on the Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic bulletin board for at least one week.

Article 8 (Protection of Member Personal Information)

Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic strives to protect members' personal information, including member registration information, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Regarding the protection of members' personal information, Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic adheres to relevant laws and regulations and its "Personal Information Protection Policy."

Article 9 (Obligations of Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic)

① Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic will not engage in any acts prohibited by laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions or that are against public order and morals, and will strive to provide services continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
② Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic establishes a security system to protect members’ personal information (including credit information) so that members can safely use Internet services.
③ Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic does not send unsolicited commercial emails for profit to its members.

Article 10 (Obligations regarding member ID and password)

① Except for cases where Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic is responsible for the management of its own ID and password, each member is responsible for the management of his/her own ID and password, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the “Personal Information Protection Policy.”
② Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password.
③ If a member becomes aware that his/her ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, he/she must immediately notify Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic and follow Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic’s instructions, if any.

Article 11 (Member's Obligations)

① Members must not commit any of the following acts.

1. Act of registering false information when applying for or changing membership.
2. Any act of changing information posted on Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic.
3. Any act that infringes upon the personal rights or intellectual property rights of Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic or any other third party or interferes with its business.
4. Stealing another member's ID
5. Sending junk mail, spam mail, chain letters, mail encouraging membership in pyramid schemes, mail containing obscene or violent messages, images, or audio, or any other act of disclosing or posting information that is against public order and morals.
6. Transmitting or posting information (computer programs, etc.) whose transmission or posting is prohibited by relevant laws and regulations.
7. Posting or sending emails by impersonating or pretending to be an employee of Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic or an administrator of Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic's Internet service, or by using another person's name.
8. Posting or sending by e-mail any material containing software viruses or other computer codes, files, or programs designed to disrupt or destroy the normal operation of computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
9. Harassing other members, such as stalking.
10. Collecting, storing, or disclosing personal information about other members without consent.
11. Using the services of Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic for profit-making activities, such as posting advertisements or propaganda or sending spam mail to an unspecified number of people.
12. Any act that violates the terms and conditions of services provided by Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic or other regulations regarding service use.

② If a member commits an act falling under Paragraph 1, Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic may restrict, suspend, or terminate the member's membership in an appropriate manner in accordance with Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 6 of these Terms and Conditions.
③ Members are responsible for compensating Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic or other members for any damages incurred due to their fault.

Article 12 (Deletion of Public Posts)

If the content of a member's public post falls under any of the following items, Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic may delete the public post without prior notice to the member and may restrict, suspend, or terminate the member's membership.

1. Content that defames or slanders other members or third parties and damages their reputation.
2. Content that distributes information, sentences, figures, etc. that violate public order and morals.
3. Content deemed to be related to criminal activity
4. Content that infringes on the copyrights or other rights of other members or third parties.
5. If the purpose is clearly advertising or commercial.
6. Content deemed to violate other relevant laws and regulations

Article 13 (Attribution of copyright and restrictions on use)

① Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic belong to Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic.
② Members must not use the information obtained through the use of Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it through reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting or other methods without the prior consent of Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic.

Article 14 (Provisions on Consultation)

① The content of consultations conducted through the service may be used for the following purposes after deleting personal information.

1) Academic activities
2) Medical activities
3) Medical services
4) Copyright activities such as printed materials and CD-ROMs
5) Some of the service contents such as FAQ, recommendation consultation, etc.

② In the case of requesting consultation as follows, the consultation service may not be provided in whole or in part.

1) If you repeatedly apply for consultation with the same content
2) If you request a consultation using expressions that go against common sense or using empty language.
3) When requesting a consultation requesting a diagnosis
4) When requesting consultation regarding treatment costs, examination costs, drug prices, drug effects, etc.
5) When consulting for the purpose of obtaining information to harm others

Article 15 (Revision of Terms and Conditions)

① Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate related laws such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Electronic Signature Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization.
② When Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic revises these Terms and Conditions, it will notify the effective date and reason for revision on the initial screen along with the current Terms and Conditions from 7 days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date.
③ If Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic revises these Terms and Conditions, the revised Terms and Conditions will also apply to members who registered as members prior to the revision, unless the revised content violates relevant laws and regulations.
④ Members who object to the changed terms and conditions may withdraw their membership in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1.

Article 16 (Jurisdiction)

Any lawsuit arising from a dispute between Atop Plastic Surgery Clinic and its members regarding the use of services shall be filed with a court in the Republic of Korea with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

(Appendix)

These Terms and Conditions shall be used starting July 2026.07 until new terms and conditions are issued.
